- We collect only the information necessary to provide our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management services, including your name, email address, company details, and occupational health and safety records.
- Your personal information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or to deliver our services.
- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@hazardhub.africa.
- We retain records for the minimum period required by applicable legislation (OHSA 85/1993 and related regulations) before secure disposal.
